Fabric
The main body is made from 720g, 14mm rabbit-fur plush fabric from the same supply chain used for JC-style products. The production process is mature and technically straightforward.
Because the Blush Heart Dragon uses highly saturated colors, it photographs especially well, but the color matching itself was relatively challenging. To achieve the same refined look as the auth version, the shade had to be extremely close, so we were very careful during development. We went through several rounds of color sampling before approving the final production batch.
To ensure overall color consistency, we produced the fabric in one single dye lot only, so the quantity of this Blush Heart Dragon is relatively limited. Even the best fabric factories cannot completely avoid slight shade differences between separate dye lots.
Workmanship
The workmanship of the Blush Heart Dragon is something returning customers can rely on. Our previous Matcha Dragon and Sky Dragon were both produced to a very high inspection standard. As one of our key New Year releases, this version continues the same high-standard production process, with even more attention given to overall quality and consistency.
Filling
Although the Blush Heart Dragon is relatively large, it is designed to have a soft, squishy, floppy feel. The body is filled with 7D short-fiber polyester filling, balancing a three-dimensional shape with a soft and cuddly hand feel.
The tail and legs are also precisely weighted with filling pellets, helping recreate the shape, weight distribution, and natural drape of the auth version as closely as possible.
Care Label
As the Blush Heart Dragon is this year’s Valentine’s limited-edition design, we also updated the care label to match the new-version styling. The previous embroidered label has been replaced with a more premium matte satin ribbon label, which also comes with a higher production cost.
